Thank you for shopping at GachaReward!

Because our products are Gacha (capsule toys) and blind boxes, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges based on preference or style. The surprise element is part of the fun!

We understand that some customers may attempt to return items to get a specific style or character, which goes against the nature of blind box collectibles. For this reason, we do not offer returns for any items once they have been purchased.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’re happy to help! Please contact us at info@gachareward.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the defective or damaged item

We will gladly exchange defective items for the same product (if available) or offer a suitable solution.

Non-returnable items
All of our items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
